Every year, thousands of  Redbird fans come out to see the spectacular parade floats that make their way down University Avenue. Gamma Phi, Big Red Marching Machine, Illinois State student organizations, high school bands, local dance troupes, and countless others are welcome to participate in the parade festivities.

Congratulations to the 2011 Parade winners:

  • 1st place RSO – Merchandising Design Association and Construction Management
  • 2nd place RSO – Criminal Justice Association
  • 3rd place RSO – ISU American Marketing Association

  • 1st place community- Little Jewels
  • 2nd place community – The Great Display Company
  • 3rd place community – Redbird Plumbing

  • White Division:

    Looking forward to a great parade! Our family has been going for over 20 years and this is a valued tradition for our kids and grandkids.

    Our church had an Upward Basketball and Cheerleading float in the parade last year. What’s the date of the parade this year? Who do I contact about participating again?

      Oct. 15 — please download the application on the above page and submit your entry. Please note, we have a limit fo 50 community entries and we are almost to capacity.
